Refunds / Changes
RETURNS:
Returns and changes for items you have purchased from the online or physical store , are made within a period of up to 14 days from the day the customer receives the order from the courier company and if you have first informed us in writing at epistrofes@taxiarchis.com*. In the event that the returned items do not have a defect or a mistake has not been made on the part of our company, the return costs are charged to the customer.
In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition (if it does not have any defects from the start) and in its original packaging.
The return package must include the proof of purchase or delivery note.
*In the email, please tell us:
Date of purchase or document number
Item codes
The reason of the return
If it has any defects you will need to attach a photo of them.
EXCEPTIONS:
We would like you to know that products (without any problem) that are special order or are clearly personalized - e.g. chains by meter that can't be join, special orders, etc., are not accepted for return.
